Terms & Conditions: ➢ Rates are quoted in THB and inclusive of 5% service charge and applicable VAT (current 7%) ➢ Monthly and yearly rates are inclusive of property’s standard Wi-Fi internet and cabled TV. ➢ Complimentary electricity allowance according to room type. ➢ Electricity consumed above the allowance-limited will be charged to your account at Baht 7 per unit per KWH on a monthly basis. ➢ Complimentary unlimited water supply consumption ➢ Drinking water and amenities are provided per standard upon arrival, no replenishing. ➢ Daily Maid service and daily towel change except Sundays, and bed linen change 2 Times per week. ➢ Fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, microwave, etc.) with utensils and tableware ➢ Welcome amenities upon arrival and will not be replenished. ➢ 1 Parking space per one apartment booked. ➢ Extra Bed daily rate is at THB 500 net per day. Payment/Security Deposit ➢1-5 months stay: 1-month advanced room rental and 1-months security deposit per room payable prior to or on arrival ➢ 6-12 months stay: 1-month advanced room rental and 2-months security deposit per room payable prior to or on arrival Pet Policy ➢ The breed of dog should be no heavier than 15 kg and should not be of the ferocious type nor have the nature for excessive barking ➢ No more than 2 pets per apartment is permitted. ➢ Pets are prohibited in the property’s common areas, lobby, 4th floor facility desk and restaurant. ➢ When taken out of the apartment, all pets must be properly leashed. All pets should enter the building through the car park. ➢ Walking pets is allowed at the rear of the building only, not in front of the building and the entrance. ➢ When walking your pet outside the apartment/room, please ensure that you carry a plastic bag and the necessary tools to clean up after your pet. ➢ To ensure timely service and safety, please keep your pet caged or leashed when our staff enter the room. This includes but is not limited to housekeeping service, maintenance and delivery. ➢ Chatrium host is not allowed to walk the pet or provide any other services related to pet care. ➢ The guest/resident shall be responsible for cleaning waste deposits of the pet within or outside the apartment. Pet Deposit Deposit of each pet at 25,000 Baht is also required to cover any damage inside the apartment caused by the pet. The deposit is refundable if there are not any damage charges. Disinfect Charge Disinfect charge at 5,000 Baht net per month and per pet.
